Assistant Manager

Trafford Leisure CIC is recruiting a new Chair for its Board of Directors. You don’t need to be a sports or physical activity expert to apply for this role. Our new Chair will be an independent and strategic thinker, experienced in leading and motivating others through periods of change. With a collaborative approach, you will bring an excellent understanding of good governance, sound judgement, and be comfortable navigating a complex environment. The Chair will be a first-class communicator and ambassador for Trafford Leisure, building relationships and advocating for us and our work across various platforms.

As an Assistant Manager you will provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of Your Trust. This includes overseeing and running the day-to-day operations and performance of the Centre including fitness, children’s activities and programming of facilities as well as ensuring exceptional customer service and health and safety standards

The post holder will assist the Duty Manager’s as tasked with the operation and growth of the facility and will provide both front and back of house support. They will assist with the day-to-day operation of the centre, providing excellent customer service and advice on all matters related to the use of the facility, ensuring that the facility is used in a correct and safe manner at all times.
