Casual Fitness Coach

The purpose of the job is to provide a professional, efficient and high quality service to customers of Your Trust. This includes enhancing the member experience in the gym by delivering inductions, programmes and reviews, by delivering studio based group exercise classes, by adhering to Your Trust brand standards and by increasing and maintaining the fitness membership base of the centre.

This includes using your skills and knowledge to plan and deliver high quality Active Travel Sessions for schools and community groups as part of a range of Active Travel initiatives to young people and adults of Rochdale Borough, working in a variety of venues including leisure centres, schools and community sites. Leading on the monitoring and evaluation of activities and ensuring sessions are safe and fun for all involved.
